What you can do

1) Buy only Certified Organic eggs (hens are not necessarily treated more humanely with Free Range or Omega 3 eggs).

2) Write letters to your local grocers and supermarkets asking them to sell Certified Organic eggs.

3) Tell your family & friends how egg-laying hens are raised (and to only buy Certified Organic eggs)

4) Write letters to your local politicians asking for stricter laws for the humane treatment of hens
