Boiled Alive

Do you know that when you order lobster at a restaurant, it is usually boiled alive?

Like any animal, when lobsters are put in boiling water, they start flailing about, desperately trying to escape the excruciating pain. It can take up to 7 minutes for them to succumb to death.

According to Dr Loren G. Horsley, an invertebrate zoologist, lobsters have a sophisticated nervous system and therefore feel pain when cooked or cut.
