Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in regards to Rosie’s Restaurant. I have recently tried out your restaurant for the first time. I found the food to be quite good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

However, I was quite disturbed by the lobster tanks in the front of your restaurant. I value humane treatment of all creatures and I noticed that the lobsters were all crammed into one tank with very little room to move around. Also, I hope that the lobsters you serve are slaughtered in a humane manner, as there is a growing body of research that lobsters feel pain and suffer greatly when cut or boiled alive. Please consider removing lobsters from your menu.
